Conference Registration

Returning Participants (Those that registered for the 2022 Conference)

1. Click on Login, then insert your email and password
2. On your Dashboard select “Conference” then click on “Register for Conference” or click on the web icon
3. Click on Register Button
4. Choose registration type and click continue.
5. If you are coming with a spouse, tick “Coming with spouse?”and select number of spouse(s)
6. Select your payment option
7. Complete the payment on the selected payment gateway
8. On successful payment page, click “Add Attendee”
9. Select “Existing Member” to upload your previous data
10. Select “New Member” fill new details

New Participants (Those that did not register for the 2022 Conference)

1. Click on Register Button
2. Under registration package of your choice, click register.
3. If you are not logged in, create an account to continue.
4. Choose registration type and click continue.

For Individual Registration:

1. Complete the registration form.
2. If you are coming with a spouse, Tick “Coming with spouse?”and select number of spouse(s)
3. Select your payment option.
4. Complete the payment on the selected payment gateway
5. On successful payment page, click “Add Attendee”

For Group Registration:

1. Complete the registration form (Ensure you select the correct number of each participant category).
2. If any of the group participant is coming with a spouse, Tick “Coming with spouse?”and select the total number of spouse(s) for all the participants
3. Select your payment option.
4. Complete the payment on the selected payment gateway
5. On successful payment page, click “Add Attendee”

Adding Attendee(s)

Adding attendee(s) can done on the dashboard at your comfort before the deadline published

Steps to add attendee(s):

1. Go to your dashboard
2. Click Add Attendees
3. Complete the form
4. Click submit button.
5. For group registration, complete step 1,2,3 and 4 for attendee
